The Virtual Teaching Team (VTT) is a virtual teaching initiative working to supplement foreign and domestic education given challenges resulting from the current pandemic, and will continue post pandemic. The public health orders have demanded creativity and we have developed a virtual workflow to provide content for teachers and students. Our team has grown to over 250 volunteers comprised of medical students and professionals from around the country. We provide 15-30 minute lessons on a growing list of topics.

We believe that at a time like this, with no in-person instruction, collaborating with schools around the country with tutoring and instruction is crucial. Currently, we are partnered with schools in Haiti, India, the Bronx, Harlem, Elmhurst, and DC, and we have gotten such heartfelt feedback from students, parents and teachers. We would love to expand our free services to all interested schools and communities! We have been recording lessons, as well as conducting live lessons, and we are willing to accommodate any of your schools' lesson, tutoring, mentoring, career advising and translating needs!
